About Shipment

We ship goods via UPS / DHL / FedEx / 4PX / USPS

FREE SHIPPING areas: Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, United States, Belgium, France, Israel, Indonesia, Philippines, United Arab Emirates（Dubai）

NON-SHIPPING countries and regions: Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, Chile, India, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, South Korea, Tajikistan, Turkey, Ukraine, Uzbekistan

For free shipping areas, the shipping fee is on us (sellers) if the total order amount is more than $50, otherwise buyer needs to pay $26 for shipping.

For non-free shipping areas, shipping fee is from $26 to $46.



In the following cases, the costs will be borne by the buyer:

If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the customer.
The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.
The buyer need to pay for the cost incurred due to the buyer's cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.

Handling & Delivery Time

Shipment in 48 hours after payment. 2-3 working days delivery to USA, Canada and UK. 5 working days delivery to Europe. One week to African countries and South America.

Helpful Hints

In normal circumstances, the local shippers deliver packages on workdays (- Fri.). It is highly recommended that you choose an address where you can receive the package on workdays as the shipping address to ensure your parcel is delivered to you safely. Kindly keep your phone on for the shipper to contact you.
In the shipping services we use, a customer's signature is required. Kindly make sure that you or an authorized person is present at the shipping address. We do not take responsibility for any loss or theft of the package should there be a signature file at the shipping address.
