 Order Change and Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be modified before shipment. However, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be amended or canceled.
Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. To make any changes or cancellations to an order, please contact us in advance at customerservice@gorgius.com.

 Return and Exchange Policy

At Gorgius, our goal is to create stylish and versatile human wigs that our customers are satisfied with. We understand that sometimes a wig may not fit or may have been ordered incorrectly, which is why we offer a comprehensive and fair exchange and return policy. Please see the details below:
1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your wig at customerservice@gorgius.com. After 30 days, we will not offer exchanges or returns.
2. We are pleased to offer exchanges and returns on lace wigs that have not been washed, cut, damaged, or altered. As a hygienic hair product, we do not allow the return of used items for the safety of all our customers.
3. If the return is due to a product quality issue, we will provide a full refund and cover the shipping costs. If the return is due to the buyer's responsibility (e.g. "I don't like it/want it," "I ordered it wrong"), we will deduct $20 from the refund for the loss of shipping and handling, and the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.
4. Clearance wigs are not eligible for return or exchange.

 Return and Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact our Gorgius service representative by email within 30 days of receiving your wig at customerservice@gorgius.com. Please state the reason for the exchange or return and include any applicable pictures.


Step 2: Our customer service representative will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays). After the request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a return and exchange address to which you should send the product.


Step 3: Please ship the wig (with original packaging and gift) back to the provided address, including the order number. Note: we cannot accept return packages without our return authorization. After shipping your package, please email us the order number and tracking number at customerservice@gorgius.com.


Step 4: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, you will receive a return approval or rejection notice. Refunds will be issued within 7 days to your credit card or original payment method.


 Reservation of the Right to Return Products

We reserve the right to individually define, limit, refuse, and/or reject a customer's return at any time for the following reasons:
1. Unusually excessive return history, including worn, altered, washed, damaged, or missing items.
2. Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
3. Incorrect items sent to us.
